Keith is a native of Orange County with 19 years in the avocado industry. He has extensive experience both in the field and in the packinghouse. Keith’s understanding of all facets of the avocado distribution channel make him a great resource for growers in San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Bailey grew up on a small avocado grove in Carpinteria. Following a successful baseball career which finished at Sacramento State he turned his focus back to agriculture. During a four month internship with cut flowers in El Salvador and Guatemala, Bailey lived with a family that had a small grove. His first professional experience with avocados came in Carpinteria where he worked with a farm manager and connected with Index Fresh. Bailey has a BA in Communications from Sacramento State University, a degree in Horticulture from American River College and is an Alumni of the California Agriculture Leadership Foundation Program.

A California native, Giuseppe has worked in the produce industry in Arroyo Grande since 2003 and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Central America. He studied business economics and international studies at UCSB and is bilingual – fluent in Italian and English.

A Fallbrook native, Jose has worked around avocados his whole life. His father was in the avocado industry, and Jose, prior to joining Index Fresh in 1993, ran a harvesting crew with his brother. Headquartered in Temecula, Jose helps manage Index’s avocado business from Central to Southern California, to the Inland Empire.

Lisa, a California native, grew up in the farming community of Clovis. She joined Index Fresh in 2016. Her experience includes many years in Food Safety Management in the Organic leafy green industry and Production Coordinator in the Seed Industry. Her role with Index Fresh is to ensure, and assist growers with developing and maintaining food safety programs and policies and assist with GFSI certification.
